Synopsis

Saves modified Backup Exec job defaults.

Syntax
Save-BEBackupJobDefault [-BackupJobDefault] [<BEBackupJobDefaults>] [-Confirm [<SwitchParameter>]] [-WhatIf [<SwitchParameter>]] [<CommonParameters>]
Description

Saves modified Backup Exec job defaults.

When you edit backup job defaults (see Get-BEBackupJobDefault), the backup job defaults must be passed to Save-BEBackupJobDefault to commit the changes.

-BackupJobDefault <BEBackupJobDefaults>

Specifies the backup job defaults to save.

BackupExec.Management.CLI.BEBackupJobDefaults

Save-BEBackupJobDefault returns the saved backup job defaults.

Example
C:\PS> Get-BEBackupJobDefault BackupToTape | Set-BEBackupJobDefault -Priority High | Save-BEBackupJobDefault

These commands sets the default backup to tape job priority to "High".
