Asset protocols

The list of created asset protocols.

Protocols are created automatically for selectable asset types (or attribute types or process types) when a new process is added or an attribute is changed.

There is always only one protocol active for each user with associated assets.

Insert (key INS) - Insert new item.

Properties (key ENTER) - Change the selected item’s properties.

Delete (key DEL) - Delete the selected item.

Items:

• Date - date of creation
• Number - automatically generated number
• Previous number - previous number
• User - protocol user
• Type - current states of protocol
• Administrator - protocol administrator
• Note - additional information

• File - Binary file of the protocol. Files are stored as binary objects (the whole content) into the database and can be later opened or edited and stored back into the database.
