Alerts

Settings for email alerts.

Alert types:

• User runs a forbidden application - send email alert when user runs an application that is on the forbidden list
• Processor overload - send email alert when total processor usage steps over ... percent for ... minutes
• Disk freespace - send email alert when total freespace on the harddisk is lower than ... MB (megabytes)

Items:

• Subject - subject text
• Message - message text
• To (Email) - receiver’s email address

Note. The Subject or Message can contain the following variable:

• %COMPUTERNAME% - computer name of the client
• %USERNAME% - the name of logged user
• %DATE% - current date
• %PROGRAM% or %FILE% - the name of forbidden program
• %CPUUSAGE% - processor current usage
• %DISKFREESPACE% - current harddisk free space
