Define types of attributes for objects/processes in the Assets
management module.

Insert (key INS) - Insert new item.
Properties (key ENTER) - Change the selected
item’s properties.
Delete (key DEL) - Delete the selected item.
Attribute type definition.
Items:
Name - The name of the attribute
Active - status
Display in reports - include this type in the reports
Native ID (for internal use) - internal numbering used for
exports/imports
Protocol - include this attribute type on activity log
(Protocol)
Type - type of values (Date, Number, Text, Yes/No, Enum,
File)
Values - List of values for the type of “Enum”
Show existing values - enable showing combobox for selecting
existing values
Globally - refers to all object types
Locally - refers only to the objects of specific type
Duplicity not allowed - do not enable inserting duplicit values
Globally - refers to all object types
Locally - refers only to the objects of specific type
Sequence - create a sequence which wil automatically increment
newly inserted values
Globally - refers to all object types
Locally - refers only to the objects of specific type
Last value - last generated value for sequence
Editing not allowed - do not allow edit items after being
inserted
Default value - the value which will be entered automatically
when inserting the object into the assets
Icon - icon for displaying the object/process
Usage - list of objects/processes that use this attribute
All asset types - list of all asset types
