Define the access rights for the Asset management module.
Access rights can be edited for each object or container.
4 types of access are distinguished:
Read - users can read items
Insert - users can insert new items
Update - users can edit item properties
Delete - users can delete items
Single - exclusive access to explicitly listed containers (no
access to other types)
Import - import user rights settings from CSV file
CSV file format:
Name;Username
Development;DOMAIN\Username1
Marketing;DOMAIN\Username2
Editing access rights:
Click the Assets button on the toolbar. Select one or more
containers and in the context menu click „Access Rights/Add“.
Select one or more user(s) and setup the access.
