Exporting Replication Status Data

Exporting Replication Status information.

AD Replication Status Tool allows exporting Replication Status Viewer data to XPS and CSV file format or you can export the data set and review the replication status offline.
When exiting the AD Replication Status Tool all collected data is deleted from disk. The option to export the data set allows you to save the data and view it offline.

When the above menu is not shown (it might be collapsed due to the screen resolution used), click the Data group on the home tab to display the available export options.

Export Data Set (for offline viewing)

The option to export the current data set allows you to save and review the collected data in a later stadium.

On the Home tab, in the Data group, click Export Data Set to export the current data set to a zipped file named: ADReplicationStatusToolData.zip. This file can then be moved to any machine that runs the AD Replication Status Tool and be Imported for review.
How to import the exported data set is explained on the Environment Discovery and Replication Status Details page.

In the Browse For Folders dialog box click the folder where you want to export the data set to. After clicking OK Windows Explorer will display the exported data set, called ADReplicationStatusToolData.zip, which is created in the selected folder. The data can then be loaded and reviewed in offline mode at any time.

CSV
