When print jobs are successfully sent to the printer, you can display or clear completed jobs from the Jobs list. You can either leave completed jobs on the Jobs list to reprint, clear the list when Xlpd finishes or clear the list immediately upon completion.

1. Open Xlpd main window.
2. Click the General tab.
3. Select a queue that has pending print jobs.
4. Click the Properties button. RESULT: The Queue Properties dialog box opens.
5. Click the Options tab.
6. Select the Delete finished jobs check box.
7. Select When Xlpd exits or Immediately.
8. Click OK or Apply.
