The WMS JPEG Media Parser plug-in allows Windows Media Services
to stream JPEG-encoded picture files.
Note
Streaming large picture files can cause delays
during rendering. To achieve optimal performance, avoid streaming
JPEG files larger than 35 kilobytes (KB). In addition, files in
JPEG format are not supported by multicast publishing points.
