Set permissions for a new user or group |
- Click Add.
- In the Select Users, Computers, or Groups dialog box,
click the Object Types button and select the types of
objects you are trying to locate.
- Click the Locations button, and then click the domain
that you want to search.
- Type the name of the user, computer, or group for which you
want to set permissions, and then click the Check Names
button.
- Select the appropriate entries from the list. By default, new
users and groups are granted read permission and denied write
permission.
