Enable this property to have the broadcast publishing point start
when the first client connects and requests the
content. If this option is not selected, the broadcast publishing
point must be started manually.
Note
Manually starting a broadcast publishing point
may interfere with the Start publishing point when first client
connects property. If you want your broadcast publishing point
to start and stop automatically based on client connections, do not
manually start the publishing point.
