- In Component Designer, on the Filemenu, click Saveor Save As.
- If the
Choose a File Namedialog box appears, do the following:
- Select a path for the file.
- In the File nametext box, type a unique file name, and then click Save.
- To save the file in Unicode format, select the
Save as Unicodecheck box.
Note A component definition file that has been saved in Unicode format is saved in that format thereafter.
