To delete a registry key, value, or hive

  1. In the Component Designer navigation pane, expand the appropriate component.
  2. Under the expanded component, click Registry.
  3. In the details pane, right-click the key or value, or hive to be deleted, and then click Delete.
    Note   When a registry key or hive is deleted, its subkeys and values are also deleted.
