You must specify the Product Identification (PID) when you install, or build and install, your configuration for customers. A valid PID is included with each license that you purchase.
To specify the PID
- In the Install or Build and Install dialog box, click Product Identification.
- In the Product Identification dialog box, do one of the
following:
- To use an evaluation version of Windows NT Embedded 4.0, select the Test build check box.
- To specify a PID, clear the check box and perform the following
steps:
- Click New.
- In the New Product ID dialog box, type a unique PID for your
target system.
Note Test builds are valid for 60 days.
