Use the buttons on the Component Designer toolbar to perform the tasks described in the following table.

| Starts a new component definition file. |
| Opens a component definition file. |
| Saves a component definition file. |
| Cuts the selected information to be pasted in another location. |
| Copies the selected information to be pasted in another location. |
| Pastes the information most recently cut or copied. |
| Opens the Propertiesdialog box for the selected item in the All Nodes pane. |
