The UnInstallmethod is never called.

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

For current implementations, UnInstallis not called by Messaging to uninstall the transport.

The transport should remove its footprint from the file system and the registry.
