This interface is used to control the Audio Renderer (WaveOut) Filter, which uses the Waveform AudioAPI to render sound.

This interface is required for ring tone support on Windows Mobile Standard.

In addition to the methods inherited from IUnknown, this interface exposes the following methods.

Sends Waveform Audiomessages to the audio device.
