This function gets the default window handle to the IME class.

Syntax

HWND ImmGetDefaultIMEWnd(
  HWND 
hWnd
);

Parameters

hWnd

[in] Handle to the window for the application.

Return Value

The default window handle to the IME class indicates success. NULL indicates failure.

Remarks

For Windows CE 2.10 and later, this function enables multiple contexts per thread. For Japanese Windows CE 1.0 through 2.0, the system creates only one default IME window.
