This structure defines VGCS talker access.

cbSize

Structure size in bytes.

dwParams

Indicates valid parameters. The following table shows the valid values for this member with a description of each value.

Value Description

RIL_PARAM_TALKERACCESS_MODE

The dwModemember of the structure is valid.

RIL_PARAM_TALKERACCESS_TIME

The dwTimemember of the structure is valid.
dwMode

Status of the PTT key. Can be any one of the constants listed in PTT Key Status Constant.

dwTime

Time in seconds (3 to 255) to wait before release.
