This method offers a fast way to determine whether a node has children. It always returns False for nodes that, by definition, cannot have children: the IXMLDOMCDATASection, IXMLDOMComment, IXMLDOMNotation, IXMLDOMProcessingInstruction, and IXMLDOMTextnodes.
