This function checks whether a character is uppercase. This determination is based on the semantics of the language selected by the user during setup or by using Control Panel.

Syntax

BOOL IsCharUpper(
  TCHAR 
ch
);

Parameters

ch

[in] The character to be tested.

Return Value

Nonzero indicates that the character is uppercase. Zero indicates that the character is not uppercase. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

Remarks

Windows Embedded CE supports only the Unicode version of this function.
