This function transforms a 4-D vector by a given matrix in floating point format.

Parameters

pOut

[in, out] Pointer to the D3DMXVECTOR4structure that is the result of the operation.

pV

[in] Pointer to the source D3DMXVECTOR4structure.

pM

[in] Pointer to the source D3DMXVECTOR4structure.

Return Value

Thsi function returns a pointer to a D3DMXVECTOR4structure that is the transformed 4-D vector.

Remarks

The return value for this function is the same value returned in the pOutparameter. In this way, the D3DXVec4Transformfunction can be used as a parameter for another function.
