Retrieves the current reference time, in 100-nanosecond units.

Where the current time is returned.
Return Value
Returns one of the following HRESULTvalues.

Remarks
This member function implements the IReferenceClock::GetTimemethod.
It reads the time from the implemented clock and returns the current time.
