The get__NewEnummethod gets the IEnumVARIANTenumerator interface, which can be used to iterate through the collection objects. This method exists to enable foreachstatements in Visual Basic and C#.

Syntax 

HRESULT get__NewEnum(
   IUnknown ** 
ppEnumerator
)

Parameters

ppEnumerator

[out] Reference to the IEnumVARIANTinterface for an enumerator object for the collection. For information on IUnknown, see IUnknown.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

S_OK

The method completed successfully.
