This method is called when the filter graph is entering a running state.
Syntax

Parameters

Stream-time offset that will be passed to every filter's IBaseFilter::Runparameter.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULTvalue that depends on the implementation. HRESULTcan be one of the following standard constants, or other values not listed.
