The ShutDownmethod is called by Messaging to shut down the transport.

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

If ShutDowngets called while the transport is synchronizing in another thread, the transport should stop synchronizing.
