Allocates a media sample object.

Return Value
Returns an HRESULTvalue.
Remarks
This member function instantiates CMediaSampleobjects, adds them to the m_lFreedata members, and updates the m_lAllocatedcount. This member function is called from IMemAllocator::Commitwhen becoming active.
