This method is not called in the current implementation because the SAX2 (Simple API for XML) implementation is non-validating. However, you can manually call the ignorableWhitespacemethod to pass ignorable white space characters to MXXMLWriter.
Syntax
HRESULT ignorableWhitespace( const wchar_t* pwchChars, int cchChars ); |
Parameters
- pwchChars
-
[in] Pointer to the character data.
- cchChars
-
[in] Length of the character string.
Return Value
- S_OK
-
Returned if the character data is returned successfully.
- E_FAIL
-
Returned if an internal error occurs.
Remarks
The ignorableWhitespacemethod does not convert carriage-return line feed ("\r\n") to the Java language line feed('\n').
