This structure appears as a certificate extension and indicates how to access certification authority (CA) information and services for the issuer of that certificate. Information and services can include online validation services and CA policy data. This extension can be included in subject or CA certificates. It is always noncritical.
The CryptDecodeObjectfunction creates an instance of this structure when performed on a CERT_EXTENSIONstructure's Valuemember with the structure's pszObjIdmember set to szOID_AUTHORITY_INFO_ACCESS.
An instance of this structure can be used as input to the CryptEncodeObjectfunction to create an appropriate CERT_EXTENSIONstructure.
