Retrieves the current rate.

Syntax 

HRESULT GetRate(
  double* 
pdRate 
);

Parameters

pdRate

Current rate, where 1 is the normal rate.

Return Value

Returns the HRESULTvalue returned from calling IMediaSeeking::GetRateon the connected pin.

Remarks

This member function implements the IMediaSeeking::GetRatemethod by calling this same method on the upstream filter's output pin.

Note Microsoft DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and Library requirements
