This interface extends the IStreaminterface with two methods that allow the setting of time-outs.

Remarks
The GetRapiStatand SetRapiStatmethods are modeled after the IStream::Statmethod.
IRAPIStream supports only the ISTREAM::Readand ISTREAM::Writemethods.
