This method retrieves a DirectDraw-defined DDCAPSstructure containing the emulated capabilities.

Syntax 

HRESULT GetEmulatedCaps(
  DDCAPS* 
pCaps
);

Parameters

pCaps

DDCAPSstructure containing the emulated capabilities.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULTvalue.

Remarks

If the renderer has not loaded DirectDraw, this method returns E_FAIL.

Note Microsoft DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and Library requirements
