Resets the m_bRepaintStatusflag when EC_REPAINThas been signaled to the filter graph.

Boolean value assigned to the m_bRepaintStatusflag.
Return Value
None.
Remarks
The m_bRepaintStatusflag ensures that the filter graph is not flooded with redundant calls. After an EC_REPAINTmessage is sent, no more are sent until the renderer receives data.
