This interface is implemented by the client application to provide the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) moniker with information to authenticate the user.

Remarks
Urlmon.dll uses the QueryInterfacemethod on the client application's implementation of IBindStatusCallbackto obtain a pointer to the client application's IAuthenticateinterface. If the client application is hosting Mshtml.dll, Mshtml.dll will request a pointer to the client application's implementation of IAuthenticateinterface by calling QueryInterfaceon the client application's IServiceProviderinterface.
