When the Picture Picker is used by a third party, for example in the case of a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) vendor, you must prompt the user for rights commitment for the use of any FDRM-protected media content. Although the picture is not viewed through the picture view in such cases, by inserting the picture into the MMS compose form, the user is viewing the media content and FDRM-protected content rules apply.
