This structure describes an MPEG-1 video stream.

Members

hdr

Compatible with VIDEOINFOHEADER.

dwStartTimeCode

25-bit "group-of-pictures" time code at start of data.

cbSequenceHeader

Length in bytes of bSequenceHeader.

bSequenceHeader[1]

Sequence header including quantization matrices, if any.
