To enable strong password support on Windows Mobile Standard, OEMs may need to obtain new versions of a third–party IME from their third–party IME providers.
Third–party IME providers need to create the Symbols Window with the WS_EX_ABOVESTARTUP extended style so that that the default IME displays above startup.
