The FileDownLoadevent method fires to indicate that the File Downloaddialog is opening.

Syntax 

void FileDownload(
  VARIANT_BOOL* 
pvbCancel
);

Parameters

pvbCancel

[in, out] Pointer to a VARIANT_BOOLvalue that specifies VARIANT_FALSE if the download process is continued and the download dialog is displayed and VARIANT_TRUE if the download process is cancelled. VARIANT_FALSE is the default value.
