The ComposeMessageFormmethod creates the compose message form.

Syntax

ppForm,
  FORMTYPE 
eFormType,
  LPMESSAGE 
pMsgBase,
  MESSAGEFIELDS * 
pMsgFields
);

Parameters

phost

[in] Reference to the IMessageFormHostExobject that allows the form to communicate with Messaging.

pmsg

[in] Reference to the IMessagemessage object to compose.

ppForm

[out] Reference to the newly created IMessageFormExcompose message form object.

eFormType

[in] The type of form, specified by the FORMTYPEenumeration.

pMsgBase

[in] Reference to the message to prefill the form, if there is one.

pMsgFields

[in] Reference to the message fields for the new message.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

S_OK

Indicates success.
