Applies a linear transformation to an IInkStrokeDispobject. This linear transformation can represent scaling, rotation, translation, and combinations of transformations.
Syntax

Parameters
- mInkTransform

The transform to use on the stroke. This is an IInkTransformobject, which correlates to the XFORM structure. The transformation applies to the points, and to the pen width if ApplyOnPenWidthis TRUE.
- ApplyOnPenWidth

The BOOLEAN value that determines whether to apply the transform to the width of the ink in the IInkDrawingAttributesof the stroke. The default is FALSE.
