Constructs a CRefTimeobject.

Syntax 

CRefTime( );
CRefTime(

msecs

CRefTime(
  REFERENCE_TIME 
rt 
);

Parameters

msecs

CRefTimevalue in milliseconds.

rt

CRefTimeobject to copy.

Return Value

None.

Remarks

When constructed without parameters, the reference time value defaults to zero.
