cbSize

Structure size, in bytes.

dwParams

Specifies valid parameters. Must be one or a combination of the RILCOSTINFOparameter constants.

dwCCM

Specifies the current call meter.

dwACM

Specifies the accumulated call meter.

dwMaxACM

Specifies the maximum accumulated call meter.

dwCostPerUnit

Specifies the cost per unit, in 16.16 fixed point.

wszCurrency[MAXLENGTH_CURRENCY]

Current currency.
