This method retrieves the capabilities of the surface. These capabilities are not necessarily related to the capabilities of the display device.

Parameters

Address of a DDSCAPSstructure that will be filled with the hardware capabilities of the surface.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is DD_OK.
If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values:
