Changes the style parameters for the video window.

Parameters
- pWindowStyle
- [out] Set of flags that matches a subset of the flags that can
be set by the GWL_STYLE value of the Microsoft Win32
GetWindowLongfunction.
Return Values
Returns an HRESULTvalue.
