The IDirectDrawClipper::IsClipListChangedmethod monitors the status of the clip list if a window handle is associated with a DirectDrawClipper object.
HRESULT IsClipListChanged( BOOL FAR * lpbChanged );

- Address of a variable that is set to TRUE if the clip list has
changed.
