Sets the destination rectangle in window coordinates.

Remarks
This method has the same effect as individually calling the IBasicVideo::put_DestinationLeft, IBasicVideo::put_DestinationTop, IBasicVideo::put_DestinationWidth, and IBasicVideo::put_DestinationHeightmethods.
