This function destroys the specified heap object.

Parameters

hHeap
[in] Handle to the heap to be destroyed. This parameter should be a heap handle returned by the HeapCreatefunction. Do not use the handle to the process heap returned by the GetProcessHeapfunction.

Return Values

Nonzero indicates success. Zero indicates failure. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

Remarks

Processes can call HeapDestroywithout first calling the HeapFreefunction to free memory allocated from the heap.

Runs on Versions Defined in Include Link to
Windows CE OS 1.0 and later Winbase.h    
Note   This API is part of the complete Windows CE OS package as provided by Microsoft. The functionality of a particular platform is determined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and some devices may not support this API.
