Parameters
- pSender
- Address of an IPininterface that will contain the pin that called IAMStreamControl::StartAt.
- dwCookie

DWORDvalue that you can use to mark the start.
Remarks
You can mark calls to this event with dwCookie, allowing applications to easily associate request and completion notifications.
After the completion of this event, pSenderwill point to the pin that called IAMStreamControl::StartAt. This is not necessarily the pin that received the IAMStreamControl::StartAtcall.
