Retrieves the current playback rate.

Parameters
- pdRate
- Returned playback rate set to the value in
m_dRateSeeking, where 1 is the normal rate.
Return Values
Returns E_POINTER if pdRateis invalid; otherwise, returns S_OK.
Remarks
Set the rate in the CSourceSeeking::SetRatefunction.
