Sets the maximum sample size for the data stream.

- Size of the sample.
Return Values
No return value.
Remarks
If the sample size passed is zero, the object is set so that the data stream will send variable-length samples (the CMediaType::GetSampleSizemember function will return zero). Otherwise, it will set the maximum size of the sample to the size specified in the szparameter.
