This member function implements the IMediaFilter::Pausemethod. It sets the value of m_Stateto State_Paused.
Filters should derive their filters from CBaseFilterand not from CBaseMediaFilter, so this member function will not likely be used by filters. Use CBaseFilter::Pauseinstead.
